Lemoore is named after its founder: Dr. Lovern Lee Moore. Though legend has it that the original name was shortened by the United States Post Office, that’s about the only shortcut taken by the visionary Dr. Moore or the citizens of Lemoore. In this hardworking community, agricultural, construction, and service industries thrive. The small and medium businesses that provide these products and services, in turn, need reliable, secure, and efficient IT solutions to continue to grow and succeed.

DiamondIT has a long history working with area farmers, schools, city bodies, private practices, and more across central California – designing custom IT solutions and providing a wide range of technology services. We help protect organizations from disaster, enhance network security, and keep people and businesses connected so they can stay competitive in today’s modern economy.

A New IT Infrastructure for a Central Valley School District

For DiamondIT, helping our clients doesn’t simply mean installing a few new pieces of hardware and then walking away. We’re committed to ensuring the solutions we recommend work for our partners and help them achieve the goals they’ve set over the entire length of our partnership. So, when we were asked to help a school district in the fast growing Central Valley modernize and improve their IT infrastructure, we made certain we were available to support them every step of the way.

The district, which educates nearly 10,000 students in grades K-12 at fifteen schools, had two fundamental challenges; 1) They had an antiquated phone system that needed updating, and 2) they were determined to make their schools connected, modern centers of learning.

After consulting with the district, DiamondIT planned and completed a full rebuild of their network infrastructure, including network cabling and WIFI. Supported by their new state-of-the-art infrastructure, we then helped them successfully deploy more than 150 Tablets directly to their students and staff while simultaneously opening 4 new computer labs, each one hosting 30 PC’s.

Equipped with a modern IT infrastructure and able to offer students and staff unprecedented access to technology DiamondIT empowered the district to create a “classroom environment utilizing technology that motivates and engages students in order to maximize learning.”
