Nick provided prompt support and sought another path for making contact when the primary method wasn't available. Once the service call was started he was very efficient and courteous. We use Diamond on an unlimited plan. It's a little pricey but in this day and age, having an IT pro on-demand is worth the expense. They've been pretty responsive every time I have an issue.
